I am drenched in stars
spangled with worlds
in nebula spattered night
until bone cold moon
rises high
glints with laughter
sends me scattering
to the safety of shadows
and the long wait for
another dusk.

We just came in from watching the Super Blood Wolf Full Moon – spectacular. Tonight we are drenched with moon, but we watch the stars most nights. I love your poem.

You can only see the brightest stars from my garden, due to street lights. But the Moon can still drench here.
